User Policies and Conduct
Welcome to ImpactStack.ai. Your use of our services and platforms, which includes our AI models, tools, and associated services, is subject to these User Conduct Policies in addtion to our terms and privacy policy. By accessing or using our platforms, you agree to comply with these usage policies. If you violate these policies, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services.

Prohibition of Illegal Activity: Any use of our platforms, tools, and services for illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

Child Safety: The use of our services to create, distribute, or engage in activities involving Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or harms children is strictly prohibited. Any detected CSAM will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Hate Speech, Harassment, and Violence: ImpactStack.ai does not tolerate content that expresses, incites, or promotes hate based on identity, harasses, threatens, or bullies individuals, or promotes or glorifies violence or the suffering or humiliation of others. Any such content will result in the immediate cessation of services.

Generation of Malware: Our services must not be used to generate code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to computer systems.

High Physical Risk Activities: Activities that present a high risk of physical harm, including but not limited to weapons development, military and warfare applications, and management or operation of critical infrastructure, are not permitted on our platforms.

High Economic Risk Activities: Any activity with a high risk of economic harm, including multi-level marketing, gambling, payday lending, automated eligibility determinations for credit, employment, education institutions, or public assistance services is strictly prohibited.

Fraudulent or Deceptive Activity: Fraudulent or deceptive activities, including scams, coordinated inauthentic behavior, plagiarism, academic dishonesty, astroturfing, disinformation, spam, and pseudo-pharmaceuticals are strictly prohibited.

Adult Content and Dating Apps: Content meant to arouse sexual excitement or promote sexual services, erotic chat, pornography, and dating apps are not allowed.

Political Campaigning or Lobbying: Any use of our services for political campaigning or lobbying, including generating high volumes of campaign materials, targeted materials, or building products or conversational systems for campaigning purposes is not permitted.

Privacy Violations: Violations of privacy, including tracking, monitoring, classifying individuals based on protected characteristics, using biometrics for identification or assessment, or unlawful collection or disclosure of personal information or protected records, are prohibited.

Unauthorized Practice of Law or Financial Advice: Our models are not fine-tuned to provide legal or financial advice. Any use of our services to engage in the unauthorized practice of law or offering tailored legal or financial advice without a qualified person reviewing the information is not allowed.

Medical Diagnosis or Treatment: Our models are not fine-tuned to provide medical information. Any use of our services to diagnose or treat health conditions, or to triage or manage life-threatening issues, is strictly prohibited.

High Risk Government Decision-Making: Any use of our services for high-risk government decision-making, including law enforcement, criminal justice, migration, and asylum, is strictly prohibited.
Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and ImpactStack.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any conduct that we determine to be inappropriate or harmful. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that our AI is used responsibly and for the greater good.
